I like to think of myself as a positive and resilient person, shaped by my past challenges and a strong desire to make a difference. I'm all about helping others and turning obstacles into opportunities, inspiring people to live healthier, more rewarding lives.
A few years back, I went through some tough health issues. It was a test of my strength, but it also pushed me to embrace life more fully. I learned the value of taking care of myself and diving into wellness and nutrition with renewed commitment. During this time, I lost my best friend to unknown health problems, which deeply affected me and made me even more determined to support those dealing with health struggles, stress, and depression.
I'm naturally a teacher - I love researching new things and sharing that knowledge with people around me. Whether I'm in a classroom or on a coaching call, I bring a curious mind and a teaching spirit. I'm always on the lookout for new insights that can help improve people's lives.
Outside of coaching, being a grandmother to nine amazing grandchildren is one of my greatest joys. This role adds so much happiness and purpose to my life and reminds me of the importance of staying healthy and vibrant.
I have an unwavering quest to live forever in both legacy and spirit, and I embrace each day as a chance to grow, give, and guide others toward a brighter future. My life's mission is not just to survive, but to thrive, all while empowering others to do the same.
